“Terminal facilities” includes all facilities that provide eating and drinking, waiting rooms, rest rooms, and ticket sales to passengers of interstate carriers. The Fourteenth Amendment prohibits segregation of intrastate waiting rooms.  Interstate carriers must ensure the availability of terminal facilities to the passengers without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin.
